HavenWorld Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 17, 2026 | Version 1.0 (Closed Alpha)

⚠️ Pre-Release Alpha Software Notice HavenWorld is currently in active closed alpha testing. By accessing or participating in the game, you acknowledge and agree that the software may contain bugs, balance inconsistencies, and unfinished features. Game data, currency balances, room layouts, and account inventories may be reset or wiped between test cycles with prior community notice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, connecting to our servers, or participating in HavenWorld ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

HavenWorld is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must review these Terms with your parent or legal guardian to ensure you both understand and agree to them.

3. Code of Conduct & Community Standards

To preserve HavenWorld as a cozy, creative, and welcoming virtual space, you agree not to engage in:

Harassment, stalking, bullying, intimidation, or hate speech toward any player.
Distributing spam, advertising, or unsolicited promotional materials.
Transmitting malicious code, automated bots, speed hacks, or exploiting bugs.
Impersonating administrators, moderators, staff, or other players.
Scamming or attempting fraudulent trades with other players.

4. Virtual Items & Dual-Currency Economy

HavenWorld features in-game virtual currencies (HavenCoins and HavenGems) and virtual items (furniture, clothing, decor, pets). You acknowledge that:

Virtual currencies and items have no monetary value in the real world and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
Virtual items may not be traded, sold, or bartered for real money outside the official game platform.
During closed alpha, item availability, crafting formulas, and catalog pricing may adjust to maintain game balance.

5. Moderation & Account Suspension

HavenWorld administrators and automated moderation tools reserve the right to mute chat, temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED UPTIME OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION DURING THE PRE-RELEASE TESTING PERIOD.
